NorCE has a zero tolerance level for all personnel under the influence of alcohol or drugs whilst performing working activities, with the right to perform necessary drug or alcohol testing at any time.

It is important for personnel to adopt a responsible attitude towards issues affecting their fitness for work and the impact it may have on others and the company

NorCE will provide suitable alternate duties for personnel receiving treatment involving the use of medications which may adversely affect their work performance and that of the safe working environment
